When you pregnant you may find yourself uncomfortable at night, you may wake up few times and change position. There are pregnancy sleeping positions that recommended and others that not so good for the pregnant woman and the baby. The recommended sleeping position by doctors is sleeping on the side and the best side is on your left side. When you sleep on your left side it’s increase your amount of blood and nutrients and that is very good for your baby. For better sleeping you can use a pregnancy pillow. If you not comfortable sleeping on the side try to put a pillow also under your abdomen.

Try not to sleep on you stomach, you probably will be uncomfortable in this position and it also not good for your baby. Sleeping on the back is also not recommended you might it harder to breath and it can cause back pain, low blood pressure and decrease in circulation to your baby heart and yours heart.

- If you having shortness of breath place a pillow under your side and that will help to raise your chest.
